3/4 lb. Pork, lean, cut into small pieces.

1 Tbs. Butter, unsalted.

1 can Beef broth (10 1/2 oz).

1 can Soup, tomato.

2 Soup can of water.

4 c. Cabbage, shredded.

1/2 c. Onion, chopped.

2 Tsp. Salt.

1/2 Tsp. Paprika.

1 Bay leaf.

1 Tbs. Sherry.

Sour Cream.


Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat–30 min.; stir often. Served with spoonful of sour cream. is amazing for dinner.
